An elegant 18th century villa with several annexes, one of which a charming and newly restored farmhouse “Casa Rosa”,  land including two beautiful gardens, olive groves in exquisite production, stream with natural pond, one swimming pool and stunning views overlooking the Lucca plains.This enchanting villa surrounded by a prosperous vegetation faces South and enjoys fresh summers and warm winters. With a land including 300 olive trees, it produces one of the best olive oils in Tuscany. Its gardens are an explosion of beauty of flowers and rare plants, mixed together in a wise way by the owner: a selection of roses in several colours, from pale rose to white and red, a pergola of wisteria, a Japanese cherry tree with magnificent pink blossoms, and other gorgeous flowers.The ancient villa and the adjacent farmhouse have been restored by the present owner with a rigorous respect for their historic structures, evolutions and finishes, maintaining a truly authentic environment to savour.
